The hotel's location is simply breathtaking with its serene surroundings complemented with scenic views of nature. the cozy rooms are impressively maintained with clean and spacious bathrooms and quality service. the complimentary breakfast served each morning is a delightful treat with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes. the hotel provides facilities such as a heated swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness centre, making it a perfect retreat for larger groups of friends.
That the hotel's management needs to be more accommodating towards guests with food allergies. It is important to ensure that such matters are taken seriously to avoid any negative experiences , especially when they're in a secluded area away from other dining options.

During my xmas vacation, I messaged ahead of time about my food allergies and spoke with reception when I arrived. the location of the hotel was great as it was right on the mountain, offering easy access to the slopes. the rooms were kept clean and tidy by the staff.
My experience at the restaurant was not good. Despite discussing my food allergies several times, multiple courses were served that I could not eat without risking my health.

We had an incredible stay at this mountain retreat. The location was simply breathtaking, nestled high up in the alps. The service exceeded our expectations, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with luxurious amenities such as an ironing facilities, mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We loved spending our evenings on the terrace, enjoying the stunning views and garden furniture. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, and the free toiletries added a nice touch of luxury.
This place is highly recommended for everyone.

During my recent vacation, I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The hotel’s staff was very courteous and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was delightful, with a range of options to choose from. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and cleanliness standards were excellent. Additionally, transportation from the hotel was convenient and made exploring this city hassle-free.
For us, one significant issue was the food allergy management. Despite several messages and calls ahead of our arrival, there were still several courses that I couldn't eat, and there were no apologies or suggestions given.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location had beautiful mountain views. The half-board option offered a variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel amenities were enjoyable and had a cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to spend New Year's Eve.
Despite pre-arranging and notifying the staff about my food allergies, there were multiple courses I couldn't eat, and no alternative options were provided. This was a major drawback, as it left me stranded without any suitable options for food.
